Are You Game? Play Evangelism! - Situation # 1
GAME SITUATION # 1
Brian had been so excited about getting into TCS. He was placed as a Junior HR Executive and was responsible for posting advertisements for new employees in newspapers, on the inter

net or in trade specific magazines. Contacting employment services or even executive recruiters for very specialized postings. He was sure that the job was given him by the Lord Himself. Brian being an passionate Christian wants to use his job description for the cause of God’s kingdom, and is evaluating
some Christian Professional Job Portals and Recruitment consultants who specialise in placing Christians across economic spheres of influence and help impact the corporate world with the gospel of Christ. He is still undecided to move-in with a telling decision, as he is not confident of a successful neutral pitch to convince his manager, as the existing arrangement with the regular recruitment partners of TCS, though costing them huge money, provides adequate solutions.
There is more to the struggle that Brian goes through at TCS every day. Initially his HR Manager and his team members had been so friendly and kind. Call it the devil’s timing, but off late his manager, who is a loud mouthed, dry and sarcastic aethist, seemed to be often angry and impatient with him. Brian is cramed with impossible deadlines and been hinted upon that he help out even on Sundays. (Brian has never missed fellowshipping with other Christians by being a part of his local church all through his life!) Brian is not a work shirker at all, but has just not got the time to improvise in his job for the Kingdom’s cause as he so much desires, and more than that he had hoped to share the Gospel with his boss. He is close to winding-up all intentional efforts towards passing Jesus at TCS and just do what is demanded of him from the organisation.
How would you play out Brian’s situation?
